So, I read this article about a five-hour long western TV series called Bonanza. Now, I know what you’re thinking - who has that kind of time to spend watching one show? But hear me out, it actually sounds pretty interesting.
The show follows the Cartwright family, who owns a ranch called the Ponderosa in Nevada in the 1860s. The brothers - Adam, Hoss, and Little Joe - navigate the challenges of ranch ownership and family dynamics, all while dealing with outlaws and other dangers of the Wild West.
Season 03 episodes 13-18 seem to be particularly noteworthy, as they promise lots of action and suspense. And if you’re worried about the quality of the footage, don’t be - it’s available in 1080p.
Now, admittedly, I’m not the biggest fan of westerns. But I can appreciate a good classic TV series, and I feel like this one has a lot of cultural significance. Plus, it’s interesting to see how different TV shows were back in the day, compared to the fast-paced dramas we have now.
All in all, I think it’s worth checking out, especially if you’re a fan of westerns or just want to see some quality classic TV. Plus, it’s always good to broaden your horizons and try something new. Who knows, you might just find your new favorite show.
