CBS un-cancels ‘S.W.A.T’ after online backlash from fans and Shemar Moore

So there’s this crazy story I read about CBS un-cancelling their show ‘S.W.A.T’ after fans and one of the show’s stars, Shemar Moore, called them out for cancelling it in the first place. Basically, CBS had announced they were cancelling the show due to low ratings, but fans of the show were not having it. They took to social media to voice their disappointment and demand that the show stay on the air.

And guess what? It worked. CBS changed their minds and decided to bring the show back for a fifth season. Shemar Moore, who plays one of the main characters in the show, was also a big part of the campaign to save it. He took to Instagram to rally the fans and even threatened to leave the show if it got cancelled.

I think it’s pretty awesome that fans were able to use their collective power to influence the decision of a major TV network. It just shows that we have more power than we think, and that our voices can actually make a difference. Plus, I’m a big fan of the show myself, so I’m happy to see that it’s coming back for another season. Bottom line, it’s important to speak up about the things we care about, because you never know who might be listening.
