Extraction 2 Trailer: Chris Hemsworth Back in Netflix Action Sequel

So I just saw the trailer for Extraction 2, and let me tell you, it looks like it’s going to be a wild ride. Chris Hemsworth is back in action as the mercenary Tyler Rake, and this time he’s on a mission to save not one, but two kids who have been kidnapped.

From what I gathered in the trailer, the plot seems like it’s going to be just as intense as the first movie, with plenty of high-speed chases, epic fight scenes, and explosive moments. And of course, Chris Hemsworth’s rugged charm and impressive physique are back in full force, which I’m sure will delight fans everywhere.

As someone who loved the first Extraction movie, I’m really excited to see where the sequel takes the story. And with Sam Hargrave returning as the director, I have a feeling it’s going to be just as fantastic as the original.

But as fun as this all sounds, it’s worth noting that Extraction 2 is also an important reminder of just how popular action movies are, particularly those with a male lead. While there’s nothing inherently wrong with enjoying a good action flick, it’s worth examining why these kinds of movies consistently dominate Hollywood and how that affects our cultural expectations of what makes a “great” movie.

Either way, I’m definitely going to be tuning in for Extraction 2 when it comes out. I mean, who doesn’t love watching Chris Hemsworth kick butt?
