So, I stumbled upon an article last night about a woman who took on the 75 Soft Challenge. It’s called, “My First 2 Weeks of the 75 Soft Challenge | Workouts, Habits, & more | Morgan Yates,” and let me tell you, it was pretty inspiring!
Basically, Morgan Yates decided to challenge herself for 75 days by following a set of rules that included working out twice a day, following a diet, and taking progress photos. She talks about the challenges she faced, the benefits she gained, and the habits she developed during those 14 days.
What I really liked about the article was how relatable it was. Morgan talks about how she struggled with the idea of working out twice a day, and how daunting the challenge seemed at first. She also shares how following a diet was difficult, and how she had cravings for junk food during the first week.
But, despite all of that, she stuck to the challenge and saw some phenomenal results. She lost weight, gained muscle, and even improved her mental health. Plus, she talks about how the challenge helped her develop discipline and routine in her life, which is something I think we all struggle with at times.
Reading this article really inspired me to step up my own fitness game and try something new. While I’m not sure I’ll be taking on the 75 Soft Challenge just yet, I definitely want to try incorporating some new healthy habits into my daily routine.
Overall, I think this article is a great reminder of the power of taking on a challenge, sticking to it, and seeing the benefits. Whether it’s fitness-related, or something else entirely, challenging ourselves can help us grow and improve in ways we never thought possible.
