Yo! I just read this article about the New York Giants checking out Clemson’s Myles Murphy and KJ Henry during their workouts. As a football fan, this caught my attention right away.
Basically, the Giants were scoping out these two Clemson players during their pro day. Myles Murphy is a defensive end and KJ Henry is a linebacker. They’re both highly regarded prospects, so it makes sense that the Giants would want to see what they’re capable of.
What’s interesting is that the Giants have a history of drafting Clemson players. In recent years, they’ve taken guys like Dexter Lawrence and Clelin Ferrell, both of whom played big roles in Clemson’s national championship run. So, it seems like the Giants have a good eye for talent out of Clemson.
As for my personal experience, I remember watching Myles Murphy play against Notre Dame this past season. He was an absolute beast on the field, wrecking havoc on the Irish O-line. I’m not surprised that the Giants are interested in him.
All in all, it’s clear that the Giants are doing their homework when it comes to the draft. They’re looking for the best possible players to help them improve, and Clemson seems like a good place to start. It’ll be interesting to see who they end up taking come draft day.
