Orioles’ Tyler Wells was bullied as a kid and became a stress eater. He’s working to find more balance in his life now.

So, there’s this article I read about Tyler Wells, a pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles. Apparently, he was bullied as a kid and that caused him to become a stress eater. I mean, who hasn’t stress eaten at some point in their life, right? Anyways, the article talks about how he’s now working to find more balance in his life. He’s changed his diet and started working out more regularly to combat his stress eating habits. I think it’s really important that people talk about these things openly, especially athletes who are often seen as invincible. It’s a reminder that we all have struggles we’re dealing with. On a personal note, I remember when I was in middle school, I used to stress eat a lot. I would come home and just let loose on the junk food. It took me a while to recognize that it wasn’t a healthy coping mechanism, but eventually, I was able to develop other ways to manage my stress. Overall, I think it’s great that Tyler Wells is being open about his struggles and that he’s taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle. It’s a reminder to all of us that it’s never too late to make positive changes in our lives.
