RIHANNA Will Follow Zoe Zeldana’s Lead By Going Blue For New Movie

So, I just read an article about how Rihanna is going blue for a new movie role. I think this is pretty exciting because she’s following in the footsteps of Zoe Zeldana, who famously went blue for her role in Avatar.

Basically, Rihanna’s playing a character named Nine Ball in the upcoming movie Ocean’s Eight, which is a spinoff of the Ocean’s Eleven series. Apparently, Nine Ball is a computer hacker, and the blue skin is supposed to help her blend in with technology and look like she’s spent a lot of time staring at screens. Sounds like a cool concept to me.

I also know that Rihanna’s been in a few movies before, like Battleship and This Is The End, but this feels like a more substantial role for her. Plus, she’s joining a pretty star-studded cast that includes Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, and Anne Hathaway.

Overall, I think it’s great to see more diverse representation on screen, even if it means resorting to some CGI trickery to make it happen. It also shows that big-budget movies are willing to take risks and not just stick to the same old formulas. And of course, I’m excited to see what Rihanna brings to the table - maybe she’ll even sing on the soundtrack?
