Basically, the article talks about how the X-Men movies that came out under Fox’s production didn’t really do justice to the character Iceman. In the original comic books, Iceman is depicted as a humorous and charming guy with a great sense of humor, but in the movies, he was reduced to being just another side character with barely any personality to speak of.
