These Fitness INFLUENCERS Need To Chill

So, I came across this article called “These Fitness INFLUENCERS Need To Chill” and it was basically calling out all these fitness gurus who preach about the “perfect body” and how to achieve it, but are causing more harm than good.

The author argues that these influencers are feeding into unrealistic body expectations and promoting disordered eating habits. They also push these “fitspo” images on social media, making it seem like anyone can get six-pack abs and a perfectly toned body in a short amount of time.

Honestly, I totally agree with the article. As someone who has struggled with body image and disordered eating in the past, it’s frustrating to see these influencers perpetuate these unhealthy habits. And let’s be real, everyone’s body is different and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.

I think it’s important to remember that fitness should be about feeling good and healthy, not striving for some unattainable ideal. We need to start promoting body positivity and self-love instead of constantly trying to change ourselves to fit some societal standard.

Overall, I think this article raises an important issue that needs to be addressed. It’s time for these fitness influencers to be more responsible with their messaging and promote a healthier approach to fitness.
