Workouts and scaling

I just read this really interesting article on workouts and scaling. It talked about how important it is to scale your workouts properly, according to your level of fitness and ability. Basically, if you try to do too much, too soon, you can seriously hurt yourself. So it’s important to start small and gradually work your way up.

The article also talked about how to modify workouts to make them easier or harder, depending on your level of fitness. For instance, if you’re just starting out, you might start with bodyweight exercises instead of using weights. Or if you’re more advanced, you might add more weight or do more reps.

What I found really helpful was the section on how to listen to your body. It’s important to pay attention to how you feel during and after a workout. If you’re feeling really tired or sore, it’s a sign that you might need to dial it back a bit. On the other hand, if you’re feeling like you can do more, then it might be time to ramp it up.

Overall, I think this article is really important because it highlights the importance of building a workout routine that’s sustainable and safe. It’s easy to get caught up in trying to push yourself to the limit, but that’s not sustainable in the long run. By focusing on proper form and gradually increasing intensity, you can avoid injury and build strength and endurance over time.
