Dog helps fix Cumbrian woman's joint dislocations

Hey, did you hear about this amazing dog who helped fix a woman’s joint dislocations? It’s insane, but also kind of impressive. Apparently, this woman in Cumbria, UK had been dealing with dislocated joints for years, and nothing seemed to work. She even had to quit her job because of it! But then, she met this dog named Addie, who’s trained to help with joint issues. And it actually worked!

Basically, Addie is trained to give pressure therapy to people with joint problems. The dog basically leans against the person’s problem joint, to help keep it in place, and also to provide some relief from the pain. And somehow, it worked for this woman. After working with Addie for several months, her joints started to stay in place, and she was even able to start working again!

I mean, it sounds kind of crazy, right? Like, how can a dog help with joint problems? But apparently it’s becoming more and more common to use animals like dogs to do this kind of therapy. They’re especially helpful for people who have trouble staying still or staying focused during traditional therapy sessions. Plus, it’s so much cuter to have a friendly pup by your side during your appointments!

I think this is such a cool story because it shows that sometimes, the most unexpected things can help us with our health issues. Whether it’s a dog or some other unconventional method, it’s worth exploring all our options when it comes to our health. Plus, who wouldn’t love an excuse to hang out with some adorable dogs?
